No reflected transactions in Late Charges Report

In Oracle Fusion Receivables, we have configured late charges for a specific customer, with the Late Charge Type set to Debit Memo. However, when we run the Create Late Charge Batch process, no transactions are reflected in the generated report, even though the customer has overdue balances in the system.

Could you please confirm whether there are any additional setups or prerequisites required to enable the generation of debit memos for late payment charges?

We would also appreciate it if you could share the relevant Oracle documentation that supports the configuration and generation of debit memos for recording late payment charges.
