Default “Purchase Orders to Ship” tab when opening the Redwood Advance Shipment Notice page

Summary:
We need the Purchase Orders to Ship tab to open by default when users access the Advance Shipment Notice page, while keeping the Inbound Shipments tab available.

Current behavior:
The page contains two tabs:

• Inbound Shipments
• Purchase Orders to Ship

When users open the page, Inbound Shipments is selected by default. Users must manually switch to Purchase Orders to Ship to initiate ASN creation.

Expected behavior:
When users open the Advance Shipment Notice page, Purchase Orders to Ship should be selected automatically. Users should still be able to navigate to Inbound Shipments when required.

Business requirement:
The primary activity for these users is creating ASNs against purchase orders. Defaulting to Purchase Orders to Ship would eliminate an additional navigation step and provide direct access to their main task.
