Unable to View/Enable Order Line-Level EFFs in Redwood

We are unable to view or enable the Order Line-level Extensible Flexfields (EFFs) in Redwood.

We can update the EFF values using the Update Lines option. However, after submitting the order, the EFF values are not displayed, and we cannot find the relevant EFF fields in the Columns tab.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether Order Line-level EFFs are supported for display in Redwood after submission.
  2. If there is any configuration required to enable these fields.
