In our scenario, an Escrow bank account is used to collect funds related to two independent companies under a contractual arrangement.
For example, based on the agreed distribution:
Company A: is our company that we owned 100%
Company B: is NOT our company at all, we owned 0%
Both Companies A and B engaged in a Real-Estate project, and they agreed to share revenue stream through one Escrow Bank Account as following:
- 60% belongs to our compan
- 40% belongs to an external partner company
