Redwood pages from search bar on the spring board shows manager view

  1. Why do the pages opened from the search bar on the Springboard display the Manager view instead of the HR view when logged in with HR credentials?

When HR/Admin open any page like Employment Info or Personal Details, from the search bar on the spring board, manager view is displayed.

Is it possible to direct to HR view instead of manager view as below

2. Is it possible for HR to view all filters under the My Team tab, similar to those available in My Client Groups?
