how to change Worksheet column headers dynamically for each plan year

Summary:

We show last 3 years of comp history in our worksheets. Lets say for this year, we show 2026, 2025 and 2024 comp data.

and we add plan cycle years on an existing plan. so FY25, FY26 etc.

How can we change the column names in the worksheet dynamically for each plan year.

If i change the display names as per the current year, it would show 2026 Bonus, 2025 Bonus and 2024 Bonus respectively.

Now if i want to look at the prior plan year cycle, my column names have been overridden based on the latest plan year. So the column names would be wrong.
