Available from 26C, SR Product and Category Ingestion Assistant prepares existing category and product records as contextual data for AI classification and product identification. Run the assistant from AI Agent Studio, using separate profiles to select the records for each run.

For example, a customer reports a laptop display problem without selecting a product or category. The prepared names and descriptions help the configured AI capability identify the relevant product and category.

Before you start

• Use a test environment with AI Agent Studio access and permission to run the agent and access source data.
• Confirm that the category and product records you plan to ingest exist and have meaningful descriptions. Maintain these records in the source application before ingestion.
