Redwood Position Budgeting

Hi all,

Has anyone implemented Position Budgeting in Oracle Fusion HCM for any of your clients? We are currently in the testing phase and would appreciate inputs on the following:

  1. Which transaction flows have you validated budget controls on — specifically on Hire an Employee, Transfer, and Promote pages beyond the standard position management flows?
  2. Have you successfully configured Amount-based budget validation (not just FTE/Headcount) and if so, does it trigger on worker assignment flows?
  3. Any lessons learned or best practices from your implementation that would be useful to know?
