Standard UOM quantity conversion not automatically applied by the Fusion Pricing Engine?

I am configuring pack-level pricing and have a question regarding how the Oracle Fusion Pricing engine interacts with standard UOM conversions defined in Product Information Management (PIM).Scenario:

• An item is set up in PIM with a Primary UOM of "Each" and standard conversion defined for "Box" (where 1 Box = 12 Each).
• In the Pricing Administration work area, I define a base price line for "Each" on the Price List.
• During Sales Order entry, if a user orders the item in a "Box", the pricing engine requires an explicit price list line for the "Box" UOM to calculate a price, otherwise it returns a pricing error
