Redwood Suppliers Search Opens First Autosuggestion When Enter Is Pressed

edited Sep 30, 2026 7:46AM in Supplier Management 1 comment

Summary:

In the Redwood Suppliers page, when a user enters a partial keyword such as “med,” the application displays an autosuggestion list and automatically highlights the first supplier. If the user presses Enter, the highlighted supplier profile opens directly.

To display all suppliers matching the entered keyword, the user must click outside the search box. Although the matching results are displayed correctly after clicking outside, this behavior isn’t intuitive or user-friendly compared with the Classic Manage Suppliers page, where users can enter a keyword and click Search or press Enter to display all related suppliers.

Please confirm whether an option is available to disable the automatic highlighting of the first suggestion or configure the Enter key to display all matching suppliers. If this isn’t configurable, please consider this as a usability enhancement for a future release.
