Learning Access Denied You don't have access to this Learning item

Hi All,
One of the new hire learners is unable to access the mandatory learning courses assigned to them. When attempting to open the course, the following error message is displayed:
"Learning Access Denied: You don't have access to this Learning item."
We have verified the employee role, learning permissions, and security access. All other employees with the same role are able to access the assigned learning items without any issues. The problem appears to be isolated to this specific employee.
Could you please suggest any additional troubleshooting steps or checks that we can perform to resolve this issue?
