When an on going ICP is edited, only the end date should be editable

Is it possible than when an on going ICP is edited, only the end date field is editable. All other fields like amount and custom input values are made non editable.

This is because for an on-going ICP, we only want the user/admins to extend or shorten the ICP by changing the end date. So end date can be editable. However other fields like amount, custom input values should remain non editable. If those attributes require change, then user should end date the on going ICP and create a new one.
