Custom Talent Rating not appearing on employee's talent ratings page

We are migrating from a 3rd party system and need to migrate their 9-box ratings (performance and potential). The performance rating values in the 9-box are different from the performance ratings from appraisal (even different rating models).

So I decided to create a new custom rating (Grid Performance) to hold the performance ratings coming from the 9-box , whereas the appraisal performance ratings would be captured in the seeded Performance ratings section. I created the custom rating and also gave the access to roles vis profile content section access. However, the custom rating (Grid Performance) is still not showing in Employee's Talent rating page.
