Cannot find custom fields in Change Salary page

Hello experts,

we created three custom fields in CMP_SALARY flexfield code. However, they are not visible after deploying them. Also in VB the doesn't appear.

Where these fields will be visible and how can we create custom fields in Change Salary page?
