Is Desktop Picture/File Attachment Upload Supported in Oracle Fusion Field Service?

Hi Everyone,

We are using Oracle Fusion Field Service(26C) and have a requirement where technicians will carry a desktop computer to the customer site and perform their activities using the desktop.

We need to know whether technicians can take pictures using the desktop and upload/attach those pictures or other files directly to the activity/work order in Oracle Fusion Field Service.

Currently, we are unable to find an option to upload files from either the mobile application or desktop/browser in our Fusion Field Service setup.

Could anyone please confirm:
