Oracle Responsys - 26D Release Overview [October 2026]

The Responsys 26D update includes:

  • Honor email open tracking consent - When this account setting is enabled, Responsys adds an open tracking pixel only for recipients who have opted in to email open tracking consent and campaigns that have HTML open tracking enabled.
  • Reporting:
    • Tracking indicators in Sent CED exports - Optional fields in email and SMS Sent CED exports indicate whether open, click, or conversion tracking was included in a sent message.
