Course page missing "Assign Learning" / "View Learning Assignment Profiles" options

Summary:

Event page's options menu has "Assign Learning" and "View Learning Assignment Profiles"; Course page's menu does not. Also need clarity on whether Learning Initiatives survive past 26D.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Course ••• menu lacks Assign Learning / View Learning Assignment Profiles, while Event ••• menu has both (screenshots attached, names masked). Is this by design, or is there another way to manage assignment profiles from Courses? Separately, Learning Initiatives still appears as its own menu item alongside Learning Assignments — will it remain after 26D or be retired/replaced by Learning Assignment Profiles, and what's the migration path?
