Scheduled Ship Date update by backlog management re-trigger orchestration? similar to reschedule

Summary:

In orchestration, we have OTM integration after schedule step. So when order line gets scheduled, OTM is communicated with Requested Date as well as Scheduled Ship Date.

Now when Backlog Management improves Scheduled Ship Date, does it re-trigger the orchestration so that the new Scheduled Ship Date can be communicated to OTM?

If we do unschedule and schedule action on the fulfillment line, then it updates the Scheduled Ship Date as well as sends the revised Scheduled Ship Date to OTM.

Is there a way to achieve the requirement to send the revised Scheduled Ship Date (improved by Backlog Management) to OTM?
