Redwood learning Learn Migration retrying

We are in the process of enabling Self-paced learning in 26C, but are getting errors when running the Learn Migration process with Digital Learning Migration as the parameter. The job sits in 'Retrying' status for a while and then errors out. Are there prerequisites for running this job?
