Reprocess or Add new Plan is making the employee Ineligible

Summary:

HI All,

We are facing an issue where in when we run the Comp plan, the employees are eligible. After that when we go Admin workers and Click on Reprocess or Add new Plan, to reprocess the same plan, th employee is becoming ineligible. Again if we back out and start the plan again, the employee is becoming eligible. Its only with Add or Reprocess option that is having else. Any help what could be the reason ?
