How do I enable Redwood for Cash Management - Cash Processing Agent

We want to enable the Cash Processing Agent which seems to require Redwood to be enabled for Cash Management but I'm not finding much information on how to enable it. What I have found says to enable the Administrative Profile Value for ORA_CE_REDWOOD_ENABLED, but I don't see that profile value and I don't see anything in Opt in for Redwood. Can someone point me the right direction? Thanks
