Is it possible to store Bonus Target values at the compensation level?

Summary:
The requirement is to store bonus target values ie John Doe is eligible to receive 5% and Jane Doe is 10% with the rest of the compensation related info (salary history, comp history, grade etc). Is this possible to do?
We currently store this as Extra information at person level or assignment level but need a way to show this in Team activity center under comp tab.
