Restrict Edit/Withdraw of Approved requisitions by requester in Redwood SSP

Summary:

Many organizations require approval integrity: once a requisition has been approved, the requester should not be able to unilaterally pull it back into an editable state. The ability to withdraw/edit post-approval is seen as a control weakness, even though re-approval is triggered, because it allows the approved state to be reversed by the requester without buyer or approver involvement.

The current Redwood SSP extensibility framework does not allow this to be addressed. The documented list of actions that can be hidden via Visual Builder Studio business rules on the My Requisitions and Requisition Details pages is limited to Confirm Receipt and View Transfer Order. The Edit (withdraw-and-edit) and Withdraw actions are not exposed for suppression, and Oracle guidance explicitly states that extensions outside the supported allow-list are not compatible with future updates. There is also no profile option or Configure Requisitioning Business Function setup that governs this behavior.

Howdy, Stranger!
