Cost Center Manager for Distribution Lines

We have enabled Cost Center and facing challenges where we have Tax Lines , Here are example

Scenario 1

Distribution Line 1: Cost Center = 3101 (Manager X)

Tax Line: Cost Center = 1001 (Manager Y)

Since the invoice is charged to Cost Center 3101 and the 1001 cost center appears only on the tax distribution, the invoice should route to Manager X for approval. The tax line should not influence the approval determination.

Scenario 2

Invoice Line 1: Cost Center = 1001 (Manager Y)

Tax Line: Cost Center = 1001 (Manager Y)

In this case, the actual invoice distribution is assigned to Cost Center 1001, so the invoice should route to Manager Y for approval.
