How to get 'Not Managed by HR' person type within recruiting pages to perform duplicate check?

Oracle introduced a new feature in 26C - Redwood Experience: Additional Person Types Considered as Candidate. Feature highlights about additional system person types supported in GHR that can be added to Recruiting via Manage Common Lookups. However, when we try to include 'Not Managed by HR' person type in common lookup, getting an error highlighting we cannot include person types starting with 'ORA_'. As a result, we cannot include 'Not Managed by HR' person type within Recruiting to fetch records for duplicate check and merge process. We would like to understand how to fetch 'Not
