Control LOV in Action Reason

We have a requirement to have Application-Level Extensible Flexfields (EFFs) for Action and Action Reason for internal candidates and to control the LOV in Action Reason based on action chosen, is this possible?

So if you choose Transfer the LOV will only show those reasons linked to this etc etc
