Customers using opp marketplace as front end for internal recruitment?

Summary:

We have a 3rd party front end for our external and internal jobs, but we are looking at moving the internal jobs away from this set up and use Opp Mrkt as the front end. It seems very limited in what you can amend to show internal candidate more info when browsing. How do other customers find this?

Q - Can we show work location on the job card instead of primary location? We would want the work address to be visible

Q - My location search? Is this possible like it is with External Site
