CSV report output from OAC/BIP missing double quotes on string values

in Reporting and Analytics for SCM

Hi Team,

There are some csv reports setup in OTM BIP server. Every 2 hours, OIC pulls these csv reports and fetches the output and places them at another external location.

Till last week, when the csv output was examined, we could see the string values were covered with double quotes.

However, today/this week, the output content has changed and the double quotes are entirely missing from these fields.

There are no query level changes that has happened during this time period. Any pointers as to what could have changed that is causing this behavioral change with report?
