Is it Possible to Add a Custom Button Outside Commerce to Trigger a BML Script?

Summary:

I am looking for a way to trigger a BML script outside of the standard Commerce transaction flow.

The script itself is not the issue. My challenge is finding an appropriate trigger to execute it.

Is it possible to create a custom button or action outside of Commerce/Quotes (for example, from the CPQ homepage, admin area, custom page, or another location) that can invoke a BML script?

Alternatively, what is the recommended approach for executing administrative or maintenance BML scripts that are not tied to a quote, configuration, approval, or order conversion process?

I initially considered Process Actions, but these do not appear to be available in my current setup.
