With SECURE 2.0 Act Section 603 Catch-Up Eligibility Update that is coming with 26D:

  1. Will the benefits component for the payroll statutory unit (PSU) organization calculation card, be implemented with 26D as we are currently not seeing the benefits component.
  2. a. What dates will this process create on the Reporting Information Card for the high earners?

b. What is Oracle using to define "high earner"? Is it the IRS FICA Wage rate?

3. Can we continue to use an annual HDL load if we do not run the Start-of-Year process in order to make updates to Eligible for Pretax Age Catch-Up on the employee Reporting Information cards
