Can we limit the quick links in My Help by Country?

We are looking to add a semi-large number of quick links on the My Help landing page soon for several different countries. We were wondering if it is possible to limit what is seen under the quick links template based on country. We will have links to different Payroll systems listed there and do not want to show every single Payroll system to every country - hence we would like to contextualize these based on their country.
