Discrepancies in name showing up on OFC approvals pdf and approval on OFC Workflow itself

As part of OFC journal entry testing, we obtain a PDF export that the Accounting runs showing OFC approvals and JE lines. The PDF copies of the approvals sometimes show approval lines reflecting a user’s previous names whereas when looking at the approvals in the OFC workflow itself it only shows a user’s current name. Has anyone seen this kind of behavior before?
