Integration - Error: HTTP 503 (Service Unavailable) server errors.

We need your guidance to fix the below issue.
Process Overview & Flow
1.Data Ingestion (RMS Source DB → Target DB):
- Daily, around 2,500 to 3,000 records across 14 distinct trusts are fetched from the RMS source DB into our target database.
- Note: This phase generally completes without errors.
2.Receipt Creation in Fusion (Sequential Trust Processing):
- Once ingested, a Run Job integration is invoked for the 1st trust, which calls the database package to process receipts in Oracle Fusion. The status (
Success/Error) is then updated in our database. - The process continues sequentially for other trusts:
- 2nd trust is invoked ~2 hours after the 1st trust.
