Parameters not visible to other users for custom ESS Job in Oracle Cloud Fusion

Hello Team,
I have created a custom ESS job in Oracle Cloud Fusion. When I access the job, both the ESS job itself and all of its parameters are visible and functioning correctly.However, when other users try to run this exact same ESS job, the job name is visible, but the parameters do not show up on the screen at all.

I have already verified the job definition setup. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Could this be related to missing roles, privileges, or specific data security policies required for the parameter value sets?Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be highly appreciated!
