Course(approval) inside Event(no approval ) but still employee enrolls in event without approval

Summary: At Course A, from course A level enrollment approval is required for self-enrollment for learners, and inside Course A, there are multiple Events being added but that too events are configured without any self-enrollment approval for all events.

But still employee see at course (request /approval) is needed at Course section, but employee can enroll inside events of that Course without any approval and once they are enrolled in events they are being learner record created for Course A as well.
