Allowances linked to Salary or Grade Rate not auto-recalculating on Promotion or Change salary

Hi,

We have allowance that are linked either to the employee's grade rate or calculated as a percentage of base salary. The requirement is that when a promotion or salary change is processed, resulting in a grade or salary update, these linked allowances should automatically recalculate and reflect the new amounts without any manual intervention.
We compiled a Fast Formula to drive the allowance recalculation logic based on the new grade rate and salary percentage; however, the updated values are not reflecting on the compensation record after the change is saved. For example, if allowance has X amount at grade 5 and after changing the grade to grade 6 during Promotion it should reflect the Y amount at grade 6, similarly for Salary change when the salary is changed from X to Y, the allowances linked to salary should be reflecting % of Y salary which is not happening currently
