Rounding Rule not applied on seeded column "Revised Annual Base Salary STD"

I'm testing rounding behavior in Oracle Workforce Compensation and have noticed unexpected behavior with a seeded column.
Column:
- Revised Annual Base Salary STD
- Source Column: Annualized Full-Time Salary - New (seeded)
- Data Type: Number
- Rounding Rule: Round to nearest 10
- Decimal Places to Display: 2
Expected Behavior: When the calculated value is 747,875.24, I would expect the rounding rule "Round to nearest 10" to display/store the value as 747,880.
Actual Behavior: The worksheet continues to display 747,875.24, and the rounding rule appears to have no effect.

- Do rounding rules apply to seeded compensation columns such as Revised Annual Base Salary STD
