The Inventory fields ex: CAID are not searching as expected in the SEARCH

The CAID# is available in OFS on a workorder but when I search same in SEARCH box a the top right, its doesnt pull the detail.
The Business rules does have the CAID field enabled for search and I have also ticked the same under the "Search preference" too.
