Summary:

We are trying to add a new contact in test instance of redwood version of Family and Emergency Contacts page (26C). Upon clicking 'Submit' the system pops up with following error

"A record with the value PersonDEO already exists. Enter a unique value."

Not sure why this error is being popped up in family and emergency contacts page. This error is bad user experience
