Successful integrations creating UserWorkerData Access in Oracle Fusion Cloud from an external syste

Hi everyone,

We are looking to automate user onboarding in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Users would be registered in an external system (our source of record), and an integration would create the full setup in Fusion:

1. Worker/Employee (person, assignment, business unit, department, job, manager).
2. User account linked to the worker, with its roles.
3. Data Access (role assignments with their security context: Business Unit, Ledger/Data Access Set, Inventory Organization, etc.).

We’d like to hear from anyone who has this running in production:

• Which mechanism did you use for each step? (HCM Data Loader with Worker.dat, Workers REST API, SCIM / Users REST, Data Security REST, Oracle Integration Cloud, other.)
