Proxy as team member after 26c in Production

Summary:

As a System Admin before 26C, we could rest the password for an employee and proxy as the employee to HCM to check the issue or error that they face. Now, after 26C you can't disable MFA for users on Production. Is there another way to proxy as the team member to see their exact view and experience the issue to resolve it?
