For a multi day absence applied ,absence hours is showing as 0 for a particular day in advanced mode

There is a calendar event setup for December 24th 2026, when an employee is applying a multi day absence (PTO absence - Generic absence pattern) in advanced mode , the absence hours for Dec 24th is coming up as zero. I can see in the logs that the Global Absence Type Duration Formula is returning values for 24th , however it is not reflecting in UI in Absences and Entitlements page.

Requirement was to detect the half day event in duration formula and return half of the scheduled working hours as absence hours for Dec 24th i.e. trying to get this to work for half day and time based schedule
