How to Customize the "Manager" Rating Label Only in the Competencies Section of Redwood Performance

Hello Oracle Support Team,

We need to customize the Redwood Performance Document page in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Business Requirement:

Our performance document contains two evaluation sections:

  • Performance Goals: Keep the standard "Manager" rating label.
  • Competencies: Replace the "Manager" rating label with "360 Rating" or "Average Rating".

The competency ratings are imported from an external 360-degree evaluation system and stored as Manager ratings in Oracle HCM. Therefore, displaying "Manager" is misleading to employees, since these values represent a 360-degree evaluation rather than a direct manager assessment.

Current Analysis:

  1. We reviewed the available Page Properties in Visual Builder Studio (Express Mode).
  2. We identified section-specific properties, such as "Hide Manager Calculated Rating for Performance Document Competencies Section", but these only control rating visibility.
