Sales Order Creation via integration error when there are two existing Sales Person with same name

in Order Management

Background：We have an integration that creates Sales Orders in Fusion from an external quotation system. The order creation failed with a salesperson-related error.

The order creation fails with a salesperson-related error when one person has two user accounts (old and new), both accounts have a Sales Resource, and both resources are within their validity dates. In this case, the salesperson picker on the Sales Order UI also shows two entries for that person. The error does not occur when only one resource is within its validity dates.

  1. When a Sales Order is created through an interface, which attribute does the standard function use to identify the salesperson (name, salesperson ID, resource ID, person number, or email)?
