Offering Catalog in Rest API

Summary:

Is there a REST API available to retrieve offering details, such as the Description field?

I can retrieve course and self-paced learning details, but I haven’t been able to find an API to retrieve offering details.

My goal is to retrieve the offering description and update it on the Redwood Self-Paced Learning page.
