Redwood Adoption pushed to 27B?

Summary:

I understand Redwood adoption is pushed out from 27A to 27B for SCM (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/events/608018), but can Oracle explicitly state what modules that entails? Is that ALL of Purchasing and Sourcing as well? Is it only Inventory/Costing etc? Our clients need some clarity.
