Can preparers bulk update comment filed in transactions of TM?

The preparers want the ability to bulk update the comments filed (editable data source attribute of match type) of the transactions.

The issue is they have to locate the out of balance in several accounts and manually update each one individually. Therefore, they need the ability to make one update, hit save, and it would update all the line items within each account from just one update in one screen. Example: The ‘cleared’ comment would be added when a journal entry is completed clearing the out of balance. Since their out of balances can cross multiple accounts, they would use the comment as cleared once then entry has been submitted.
