SMS Delivery Status

in HCM Communicate

We have configured Oracle Communicate to use Twilio for our SMS campaigns. All is working well(-enough) except for the Metrics page. No delivery status is being updated from Twilio; Oracle only shows "Sent" for all messages. In the Twilio log, I can see if the message is Delivered or Failed but it does not seem that that information is making its way back into Oracle.

I opened an SR and the unhelpful AI is directing me to ORC and Oracle Digital Assistant but one tidbit it did share was the webhook URL that I need to enter on the Twilio side. Does anyone know what this URL should be? Within Twilio, this can be found here:
