Oracle Learning – Validation for Classroom and Instructor Scheduling Conflicts

Hi All,

I would like to know if Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning supports validation to prevent scheduling conflicts when creating or updating a classroom course offering.

Currently, I need to ensure that the selected classroom and instructor are not already booked for another course during the same date and time.

Ideally, I would like the system to:

  • Display a warning message if the selected classroom or instructor is already booked for another course during the same time slot.
  • Prevent the user from proceeding with the selected classroom or instructor if a scheduling conflict exists.

Could you please advise whether this validation is available through standard Oracle Learning functionality or if it requires a customization, such as a validation rule or an extension?
