Deleted account

Hi, there.

i was a PAYG customer for many years until my account (under the name bugattiboy01) and all servers / access was deleted without any prior notification and not even to state that it was deleted. Now I know for a fact I did not break any ToS and never received any contact regarding any issues, or billing problems or else I would have resolved instantly. Being unable to sign into my account I could only open the live support chat and they refused to give any details.

i have been a customer for 5 years and have now lost 5 years of work, data and services to what I can only assume is a automated missfire.
